Join us for Music in March!  Starting this month we'll be providing live Jazz music in the main dining room. Come in for a nice relaxing dinner and listen to the Scott Hallgren Jazz Duo Friday and Saturday evenings from 6:30 - 9:30!

MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT AT WATERMARK!! 
Mayor Dean - who has set out to make Nashville the "Greenest City in the South" - announced at last week's luncheon at Watermark that The Gulch is the first neighborhood in the South to earn the distinction of LEED for Neighborhood Development Certification from the United States Green Building Council.  The Gulch was not only certified - it also received Silver Certified status.  The Gulch was one of 239 applications to be accepted into the pilot program of LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED ND). It is the 13th neighborhood in the world to receive certification, alongside such distinguished projects as the Olympic Village in Beijing, China.  In addition, The Gulch is the 4th neighborhood in the world to be designated Silver Certified status.
